$1,500 security deposit, $400 outclean fee taken from security deposit.
Rental of 1 bedroom house: 4 person max. occupancy,
$1000 security deposit, $250 outclean fee taken from security deposit.
Rental of entire property: 12 person max. ,
$2,500 security deposit, $650 outclean fee taken from security deposit. |

Outclean fees may be adjusted to cover extraordinary cleaning or repair expenses.
All rates are subject to 11.75% Hawaii state tax. |

All rents are payable in advance with 50% of rent due 90 days prior to occupancy.
Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Full rent assessed on cancellations made with less than 90 days notice unless
property can be rerented. A $500 administrative fee assessed on all cancellations.
